Early Beginning
Our
company was founded in October of 1973
in Edmonton, Alberta. The increased need
for quality janitorial services in this
area at that time sparked Allen
and Barbara Wartenbe to set up
business under the trade name "A
& B Quality Janitorial Service". |
Office
managers were pleased to find that they
could now find
a professional cleaning service that would
produce a consistent quality of service. |

Time
To Expand
Soon
Allen and Barbara had developed a loyal
clientele base and had expanded the
business where it became necessary to
train and employ some additional staff.

company name was changed to Action Janitorial
in 1977. And three years later, the company
was Incorporated. |

Allen
didn't waist time training his children
Joel and Jahnel in the "art"
of professional cleaning.

Trained
from the "ground floor up",
Joel Wartenbe started
under the direction of his parents by
picking up debris off of parking lots.
Joel began his training as supervisor
in 1994. |

Now,
after many years actively involved in
the business, He is the Manager
of Action Janitorial Incorporated Sales
and Service Department.
